Local Rules
We hold our service to the same standard as our leather. Tour grade. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer an unconditional guarantee. We will replace it, or refund it.
Q: What is the time limit for returns?
A: You have 30 days to sign the scorecard. Return your items within that window for a full refund.
Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: Absolutely. If the fit is not tour perfect we will swap it out. The quickest way is contact us to adjust your setup, then purchase the correct size immediately so we can dispatch it without delay. Simply return the original glove in its initial condition for a full refund. This approach minimises downtime and ensures you have the right gear for your next tee time.
Q: What condition must the items be in?
A: Keep it pristine. We require items to be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any items that have been returned outside of the time period above, or that are worn or in an unsellable condition. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
